Forced Vaccination of Kids

In Mwingi, we are currently handling a public interest constitutional petition challenging the forced vaccination of minors in Kitui county.

It so happens that in some schools, children are getting vaccinated without parental consent. In this particular instant, children were being given the COVID vaccine at school.

The case we have brought challenges that administering any medical procedures on minors without parental consent is unconstitutional. Further, it details how the minors in this case were being chased around the school, being roughed up and held down to forcefully receive the vaccine. This is undignifying to children and is also unconstitutional.
